Matlex was formed by two individuals looking for a hobby and something to do. 3 years down the line is one of the most influential companies in each of their areas. With staff spanning all across the world Matlex is expanding rapidly.

The men behind Matlex

Alex
Alex began creating and developing websites in 2004 to present day he has developed over 200 small websites. Upon selling the majority of these he joined PhpBBNew in 2007 with around 300 forums as the head marketer and front end manager. He then joined with Matt as co-owner and helped create the network into what it is today. The network now has over 35,000 forums and 3 million posts drawing millions of visitors a month.

Alex is the idea maker behind Matlex usually coming up with impossible ideas which Matt works on to make them feasible. The majority of the front end, such as the design, meet and greet, marketing, advertising management and support is typically done by Alex, he is your usual first point of call for any services or support.

Matt
Matt is the guy that makes things happen at MatLex, joining Alex on multiple projects to bring them to the standard they are today. Matt is the lead coder and head developer for all projects by Matlex, with expertise spanning from PHP and MySQL to the development, management and general maintaining of Matlex websites. Matt's first big venture was PhpBBNew which was later formed into SMFNew and MyBBNew under the Matlex brand, since then has re-created the Pardiowars script as well as custom software for a variety of websites including SmfMulti, Delroth, the SMFNew network and multiple clients websites.
